Summary	In order to solve problems such as reduction of water content percentage due to wastewater treatment plant development and strong concentrations in wastewater inflow, and phosphorus discharge in the existing thickening and dehydration process, in the disk-type thickener, using the CMT process, the concentrated sludge is loaded into the digester and dehydrator in equal parts. The phosphorus re-discharge amount is less than 5%, and the water content percentage in the dehydrated cake is less than 7% when applied to the existing belt-press dehydrator; the treated amount is over 2 times higher than with existing equipment. This mobile disk-type thickener can replace a gravity dehydrator and be used in a small ranged treatment plant.

Summary	The digestion improvement technology increases the inflow sludge concentration rate and digestion mixture efficiency using an anaerobic digester process, which can be applied by retrofitting it to existing digesters, corresponding with sludge form changes due to advanced process introduction.

Summary	In China, as industry quickly develops and modernization progresses rapidly, a lot of wastewater treatment plants are being built because demand is increasing. The amount of treated sludge is consequentially also rapidly increasing. However, due to difficulty in the process and site selection, high maintenance expenses, and low technology, the sludge is not properly treated. ARK Co., Ltd. understands the characteristics of the sludge treated in Chinese wastewater treatment plants and develops mid-range (100,000㎥/day) sludge reduction equipment, combined with disk-type thickeners and screw press dehydrator and is planning wide distribution in China.
